Technical Specifications
Wire Mesh has been in our markets for a long time now, its use was
restricted but over the years many people have adopted it for
specialized works.
Our Wire Mesh Plywood is made using the same high density rubber wood core veneer and STORA ENSO or DYNEA Film.
The wire mesh design can depend on the wire mesh used to produce the
plywood. The mesh design can be on both the sides or on one side, with
the other side either being plain raw plywood or filmed plywood.
Wire Mesh Plywood is produced with mature timber giving it very high
strength and durability. The glue used to produce Wire Mesh has a
Phenol content of over 93%.
Wire Mesh Plywood can be used for container flooring, ship decks, truck
flooring and many other places where heavy duty vehicles or excessive
wear and tear occurs.
The main reason on using wire mesh it to give the Plywood an anti slip
surface. By high pressure when the wire mesh is pressed against the
plywood at a high temperature it creates a mesh kind impression, which
is not smooth and make a good anti slip surface.
